OUR MISSION:

BATTALION 22 is determined to reduce veteran suicide rates!
To accomplish this we connect, encourage, and challenge veterans to overcome the obstacles that they face and to live life on their terms.

OUR VISION:

We want all veterans, regardless of circumstance or characteristics, to come together at BATTALION 22 meetings and events to support one another in meaningful, healthy, and positive ways.

CORE VALUES:

Confidentiality -
We offer veterans a safe space to share their thoughts and experiences to a sympathetic audience of fellow brothers and sisters in arms. What gets said in our meetings stays in our meetings.

Camaraderie -
We mimic aspects of the military in an effort to develop unit pride and trust in one another, and lots of bro hugs and horseplay are part and parcel of our meetings and events.

Personal Growth -
Wherever a veteran is in their life we encourage them to look forward, to see a better version of themselves, and we help and support them to achieve the goal of becoming that person.

Service -
We serve each other, we serve our families, we serve in our communities, and we serve others when the opportunity presents itself.

Fighting -
We fight the depression. We fight the addictions. We fight for the success that we desire and deserve. But we don't do it alone... We are in the fight together.

2026 EVENTS:

APRIL & MAY 2026

CHECK BACK SOON TO SEE WHAT WE HAVE PLANNED NEXT!

With new grant funding secured and summer fast approaching you can bet that BATTALION 22 is going to out doing cool stuff, challenging ourselves, and having good times doing it! In April and May we’re looking at doing a three to five mile hike, going to an amusement park, having a BBQ, going repelling, going to a car show… it all depends on what the planning committee comes up with. If you’re a veteran and you want to help, you’re welcome to join in the process!

SUPPORT LOCAL VETERANS BY SUPPORTING BATTALION 22!

We are veterans supporting veterans. We're not funded by big corporations and government grants. Help us help others by shopping our merchandise and making donations. Every dollar that we get goes towards keeping the lights on, keeping events happening, and keeping our great veterans moving forward.
